The benefits of health and beauty are hidden in ghee:

 1 teaspoon pure ghee, one teaspoon ground sugar, quarter teaspoon ground black pepper mixed with three and drink warm sweet milk after licking on empty stomach in the morning and at night, the eyes light up. 

 2 Take 100 grams of pure ghee in a big bowl, add water to it and throw it lightly with a light hand.  Ghee was washed once.  Wash the ghee with water 10 times in such a way and keep the bowl tilted for a while, so that if there is too much water left then it also comes out.  Now add a little camphor and mix it and fill it in a wide mouth vial.  It is the best medicine for skin diseases like ghee, itching, boils pimples etc.

 Drinking a glass of sweet milk after sleeping at 3 in the night at night, removes dryness and weakness of the body, sleep becomes deep, the bone is strong and in the morning the defecation comes clean.  This experiment increases the strength of the body and removes leanness before the cold is over.  Mix ghee, peeled black gram and peeled sugar (boora) in three equal quantities with ghee, peel and tie the ladoos. 

 In the morning, on empty stomach, chew a laddu a lot - by chewing and eating a glass of sweet lukewarm milk - dissolving and drinking it, it relaxes the leucorrhoea, makes the body fat of men fresh, shapely and strong.
