Indian Food Treasure gram Chana Masala

 Welcome all of you to our blog today, we are going to tell you about Chana Masala, so let's start friends


Chana Masala 

Ingredients

• 250 grams of Kabuli chana (chickpeas) 
• 2 teaspoons tea leaf
 • 1 piece cinnamon 
• 2 cloves
 • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 • 2-3 green chillies
 •  1 inch piece ginger
 • Onion 2 finely chopped 
• 1/2 teaspoon sweet soda
 • 3 teaspoons Amchoor powder 
• 1 teaspoon garam masala 
• 1/2 cup tomato paste 
• 2 teaspoons oil 
• Salt 1 to dry spices as per taste
• 1-2 bay leaves 
• 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
 • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
 • 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds 
• 2-3 cloves 
• 1-2 dry red chillies
 • 1/2 teaspoon anise

Method

• Fry all the dry spices in a pan and grind them finely. 
 • Soak kabuli chana, sweet soda in a pot for 6-8 hours in a pot, put soaked chickpeas in the cooker and tie the tea in it and put the bundle in it, cook till it melts, remove the tea pot from it after melting  Take • Now finely grind cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, 2 green chillies and ginger and mix this paste in the boiled chols. Now in a pan add dry seasoning, garam masala, tomato paste, mango powder, black butter  Add the chili powder and add the water of the chickpeas to it, let it cook till it thickens, add the boiled chickpeas to it, then cook it well 
• Heat the ghee in a pan, add finely chopped onion, when the onion turns golden, put it on the cheeks.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes 
• Serve garnished with hot chickpeas, finely chopped coriander, onion rings and chopped tomatoes.
