            Kanda Poha 

Ingredients: • Cumin 1 teaspoon •

After that add poha, salt, turmeric and sugar, cover the lid and let it light for 5 minutes.

 After this, add grated coconut and coriander and cook it again on a low flame for 3 - 4 minutes.  Get ready your kande  poha.

                            Bread Pizza

Ingredients: • 6 Sandwich Bread (Brown or White)
• Cup Boiled Sweet Corn.
1 chopped capsicum •
cup cottage cheese sliced ​​into small pieces •
 1 onion finely chopped •
1 tomato seed chopped •
4 - 5 tablespoons butter • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated •
 teaspoon pepper powder •
 5 - 6  Spoon tomato sauce or pizza sauce salt to taste

Method: • 
First put butter and sauce on the bread slices • After that spread all the chopped vegetables and cheese on top of the bread slices.  • 

Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.  After that spread the grated curry mozzarella cheese on top of the bread.  • Now heat a non stick griddle, pour some butter over it and place the slices of bread on the griddle, cook it on a low flame covered with a plate or until the bread is crisp. 
 Likewise make pizzas of all breads.

                             Potato Poha :-
Ingredients: 
• Poha - 2 cups 
• Potatoes - 2 Boiled 
• Onions - 1 
• Ginger Paste - 1/2 Spoon Green Chilli Paste - 1 Tablespoon 
• Sugar - 1 Spoon - Ch Salt - Swine Lemon juice accordingly  - 1 chamnach 
• Rye - 1 teaspoon asafoetida - a pinch of coriander leaves - 2 teaspoon oil - 1 spoon

Method:
• Wash the poha and drain it for some time.  
• Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.  
• As soon as the mustard starts to crackle, add chopped onion and let it cook for 5 minutes.  Then add ginger and green chilli paste to it.  
• After cooking it for few minutes, put boiled potatoes in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on the middle heat.  
• Now add poha, salt, lemon and sugar to it.  Mix and cook for five minutes and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.  Turn off the heat and serve hot poha.

                             Lentil Rice Idli 

 Ingredients: 
• Rice - 3 cups urad washed lentils - 1 cup 
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon salt - Oil as per taste - 
Method:-

 to lubricate idli stand: 
• Urad dal and rice  Clean, wash and soak in water separately for 4 hours or overnight.  

• Remove the excess water from the urad dal and grind it finely using less water, also remove the excess water from the rice and grind it a little thicker using less water, mix both and prepare such a thick solution.  That it should not fall as a sharp edge when dropped with a spoon.  To ferment the mixture, add salt and baking soda as per taste, cover it and keep it in a warm place for 12 - 14 hours, the fermented mixture doubles as before.  Mixture for making idli is ready.  • Make Idli: Stir the mixture with a spoon, if it seems too thick then add some water.  • If you have a traditional utensil for making idli then it is very good.  .  Otherwise you can make idli in idli maker and pressure cooker too.  I also make idli in a pressure cooker.  • Put two small glasses of water (500 grams of water) in the pressure cooker and keep it on the gas for heating.

• Take out the idli stand, clean it, apply oil in the idli mines and lubricate it.  • With the spoon, mix equal amount in the Idli stand mines, fill all the food and put them in the Idli stand.  To cook idli, place the stand in the cooker.  Close the lid of the cooker, do not whistle the lid.  Let the idli cook for 9-10 minutes on high flame.  Turn off the gas Idlis are cooked.  • Open the pressure cooker, take out the idli stand, separate the grooves, cool and with the help of a knife remove the idli and apply it on a plate.  • Idlis are ready, serve hot idli with hot sambar and coconut chutney and peanut sauce and eat.

                          Paneer Samosa

 Ingredients: 
• 3 cups all purpose flour 
• One teaspoon parsley 
• One teaspoon salt oil or ghee 
• For stuffing - 200 gm cottage cheese 
• 2 boiled potatoes • Half cup green peas 
• 2 green chillies finely  Chopped 
• One teaspoon coriander powder 
• One teaspoon ginger grated 
• One teaspoon garam masala powder 
• 1/4 teaspoon mango powder 
• Red chilli as per taste 
• One teaspoon cumin seeds 
• Finely chopped coriander salt as per taste


                     Method: 
• First of all, after filtering all purpose flour, add ajwain, salt and ghee or oil and mix it well.  • Then add some water to the flour and knead it hard.  Now cover it with a wet cloth.  After this, to prepare the stuffing, finely chop or grate the paneer.  Mash the potatoes.  Heat the oil in a pan on the gas.  Add cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger and fry it on medium flame for 10 seconds.  Now add green peas and fry for 2 minutes.  Then add paneer, potato, salt, red chilli, garam masala, mango powder and coriander powder and mix.  • Stir the stuffing well and fry it for 2 minutes, then add green coriander to it and turn off the gas.  • To prepare samosas, heat a large amount of oil in a pan on the gas.  Till then make small dough balls from the flour.  Now roll a round of a dough and cut it in the center.  • Then place half of the poori on the palm, keep a little stuffing in the middle.  Now turn it over and stop stuffing in it and paste the sides of the samosas with a triangular shape.
Give.  Now put in the samosa oil and fry it on medium heat till it becomes light brown.  Then take it out in a plate.  Likewise prepare all samosas.  • Paneer samosas are ready.  Serve them hot with chutney and sauce.
