Consuming beetroot eliminates anemia, constipation, menstrual problems.  

Consumption of beetroot increases the amount of blood in the body, so it is not less than a boon for women.  
 It is very beneficial to consume beet in the form of salad and juice.  It is rich in iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin D and antioxidants.  
 It has been said in Ayurveda that it not only increases blood, but also removes problems related to urination.  
Beet contains rich amount of fiber, due to which it is helpful in relieving constipation and discomfort of piles.  
. Consumption of beetroot removes toxins from the body and due to this the blood gets cleared. 
 If eaten regularly, it increases the immunity of the body.  
 Beet increases calcium in the body, which makes bones strong.
