tips for deep sleep 

1. Make a habit of regular exercise, it helps to sleep well, but do not exercise before sleeping.  
2. Keep the sleeping room quiet and dark.  Make a routine of sleeping and getting up.  Rapid muscular relaxation - sleep treatment (shavasana) is beneficial in sleep.  
3. Positive thoughts give peace to the brain at bedtime.  
4. Practical treatment- Some specific practical measures can also cure insomnia problem, such as don't go to bed if you are not sleepy.  Use the sleeping room just for sleep.  Do not wait for sleep while lying in bed.  Get up and lie down only when sleepy.  
5. Get up at a certain time every morning.  Sleep at certain times in the night.  Stop the temptation of late night parties and TV.  Avoid sleeping during the day, so that there is continuity of sleep at night.
