Ingredients: "
• Wheat flour 1 cup
• Gulkand 1/2 teaspoon for each modak
• Jaggery 3 tablespoons
• Ghee 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp
• Cardamom powder 1 tsp
• Nuts Desired
method:
Ghee in a pan Heat the flour and fry it till it becomes golden.
• Melt jaggery by heating it.
• Now mix cardamom powder, flour and milk in it. On the smooth hands, take as much lemon as you can and fill it with Gulkand, the size of modak
• Prepare all such modaks.
