How to make Chinese noodles samosa

How to make Chinese Samosa

Important Material:. 

 Refined flour - 
1 cup • Thyme - half of 1/4 teaspoon 
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (as per taste) Ghee - 2 tbsp.  For stuffing:. 
 • Noodles - 1 cup (boiled)
 • Mushrooms - 2 small slices
 • Carrots - 1/4 cup (thin and cut finely) Green peas - 1/4 cup
 • Salt - 1/4 tsp 
• Red  Chilli - less than 1/4 teaspoon pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
 • Green coriander - 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 teaspoon soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon green chilli - 1 finely chopped 
• Ginger  - Half inch piece of grated or paste.  

How to make: 

Method of preparation:

 To make samosa flour, mix flour, crushed parsley, salt and ghee in a canoe and add water slowly and knead a stiff dough even with puri flour.  Now keep it covered for half an hour so that the dough gets set flat.

Prepare the stuffing: 

Heat 2 spoons of oil in the pan and fry it after adding ginger and green chillies.  Now add peas and fry for 2 minutes.  Now add chopped carrots and fry for 1 minute.  After this, add mushroom, salt, red chilli, black pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice and cook while stirring for 1 minute.  Now add noodles and green coriander and cook till it gets mixed.  Samosa stuffing is ready.  Make Samosas: Crush the prepared dough and make it smooth and make 4 equal balls from it.  With the help of a rolling pin, roll a ball thinly into an oval shape and then cut it in the middle with a knife and divide it into two parts.  After lifting one part on the left hand, apply water with a finger on the cut half edge.  And lift the other half edge and fold it and make a cone by sticking it with the water edge.  Fill the stuffing in the cone but keep it half an inch empty.  Now apply water with a finger to the entire rounding which is empty, then put a plate on the back side and prepare the samosas by pasting them.  Make all the other samosas as well.  Fry the samosas: Heat the oil in the pan and put the samosas in the medium hot oil.  Put as many samosas in the pan and fry till they turn golden brown.  Flip over.  Your noodles samosas are ready.  Remove them in a plate and eat them with your favorite chutney.
