Dal Baati 

Ingredients:

 Flour - 4 small bowls 
• Salt - As per taste • Celery - 1 tsp 
• Sweet soda - 1 pinch 
• Ghee - 1/2 kg

Method

• Take out the flour in a vessel, then add salt, sweet baking soda, celery and 3 tsp ghee. 
 • Knead the dough well, but the dough should be slightly tight with roti flour.  
• Make dough balls, but the balls should be bigger than the roti. 
 • Keep the oven on high flame for 3 minutes on the gas, place the dough balls on the oven to take it, turn the balls round and turn and eat it.  After some time, Tarar will start running from among them, then you understand that the baati has become.  
• Take them out of the oven, then with the help of cloth press them and break them into two parts.  After that pour the melted ghee, soak the baatis well in the ghee.  
• Baati is ready.  Serve with hot garam dal.  Now fry by adding corn and salt.  Add 1 cup of water and mix.  Cook until all the water has been absorbed.  Remove to a serving bowl and serve hot.
