Rice flour - 1 cup (170 grams) oil - 1 tbsp
• Cumin powder - 2 tsp salt - less than 2 tsp or as per taste
• Fennel powder - 2 tsp
• Coriander powder - 2 tsp Spoon oil - for frying puris
Method:-
• To make rice flour, heat the water lightly. Take out the flour in a bowl, add coriander powder, fennel powder, salt and cumin powder, mix it and add a little water, mix it in the flour, add 1 tsp oil and knead soft dough. • Cover the dough and keep it for 20 - 25 minutes, the dough will be ready to flourish. • To make poori, put oil in a pan and heat it. Make small dough balls from the dough and keep them covered so that they are not dry. Now take one dough, apply a little oil on your hand and give it a round shape, place it on a polythene sheet and press it with your hand to make it bigger and with a rolling pin. Roll out a little thick poori. Now lift the belly puri and put it in hot oil.
• Flip the fry until it turns golden brown, take it out in a plate. Likewise prepare puris from all the flour. 8 to 10 puris are prepared with this much flour. Rice pooris are ready. • Serve and eat Puri with Dal, Chana Masala or your favorite vegetable.
