Ingredients:
• Small Potatoes - 500 gms
• Cumin - 1 spoon
• Asafoetida - Pinch full
• Onion - 2
• Ginger - Garlic Pesters - 1 spoon
• Tomato - 3
• Red Chilli Powder - 1 Spoon
• Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
• Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder - Spoonach
• Garam Masala Powder - Spoonach • Salt - Taste according to oil
• Mustard Oil - 1 cup of water
• Water - 2 cups
• Coriander leaves - for garnish
Method:
• Peel the potatoes and make some holes in them with the help of a fork.
• Then put these potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes.
• Then deep fry it by adding oil to the pan.
• Now remove the potatoes and keep them on paper and again add cumin and asafoetida to a low oil pan.
• Then add chopped onions and turn them brown.
• Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes. After that add chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry for 5 minutes. When tomatoes are melted, add half cup of water and mix well.
• Now put fried potatoes in it and cook for 5 minutes, then add garam masala powder and stir. When the gravy in the potato is well incorporated, turn off the gas and serve it by sprinkling chopped coriander.
