Gujrati Khana Khazana Besan Dhokla

Hello friends, 

welcome all of you to our blog today, we are going to tell you about Gujarati food treasure, gram flour dhokla, so let's start friends 

 besan ka dhokkla

Ingredients: 
• Gram flour - 1 cup 
.semolina - 1/4 cup 
🍋 Lemon - 1 medium sized 
• Ginger - half inch piece, grated 
• Sugar - 2 tsp salt - 3/4 tsp 
• Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp  For tempering dhokla: green chillies - 2 long cut

Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped oil - 1 tbsp raw coconut - 1 tbsp (if you want) • Rye - Half a teaspoon curry leaves - 5 - 6 til - 1 tsp (if you want)  Make batter by adding water and gram flour and semolina in a vessel.  

Do not make the solution too thin nor too thick.  Keep in mind that there are no lumps left in the solution.  2 .  Now mix ginger, salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 lemon juice in this 
solution and mix it well and keep it for 20 minutes so that the batter becomes well prepared.

1/25 3.  Now take a 7-8 inch microwave safe cup and grease it by applying some oil in it.  Now put eno fruit salt in the puffed solution, mix it well and put it in the prepared cup and set it by knocking.  Now cover it and keep it in microwave for 3 minutes at maximum temperature.  4.  After a certain time, check with a knife in Dhokla.  If the batter does not stick on the knife, it means your dhokla is ready.  5.  And if the batter sticks to the knife, cook the dhokla for 1 minute more.  In this way prepare Dhokla properly.  Apply Tadka: 1.  Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then add curry leaves, add sesame seeds, and fry them lightly and add green chili.  2 .  Cook lightly and add half a cup of water in the tempering, add the remaining 1 teaspoon sugar and let it boil.  When the sugar dissolves in water and cooks, then the Dhokla Tadka is ready.


3.  Turn the knife around the dhokla and separate it from the bowl and then invert the cup on a plate and take out the dhokla from the bowl.  Now cut it into your desired shape.
