Sago Kheer
Ingredients:
• Sago - 1 cup Milk - 2 cups
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Cardamom Powder - 1 Spoon Raisin - 10
• Almond - 10
• Cashew - 10 Saffron - 1 pinch
Method:
• Soak large sago in water for at least 6 hours. Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel over the gas. Keep the heat on high. When the milk starts boiling then reduce the gas and let the milk thicken.
• Now add sugar and add sago after 10 minutes.
• Now allow the milk to cook on low flame for a while, then add saffron in it and turn off the heat and serve it.
