Consuming celery in curd will relieve 

constipation, along with many health benefits. Daily intake of curd increases the body's ability to fight against diseases.
  Constipation is cured by drinking celery mixed with curd.  
2 In the summer season, drinking buttermilk or lassi of yogurt calms the stomach heat.  If you come out after drinking it, then there is protection from the heat
.  3 yogurt increases digestibility.  Yogurt is rich in calcium.  Many stomach diseases are cured by eating it daily.  
4 Daily intake of curd prevents cold and respiratory infections. 
 5 In a disease like ulcer, the use of curd provides special benefits.
  6. If there are blisters in the mouth, rinse of curd cures the blisters.
