.150 grams Paneer
• 150 grams Mawa
• 2 tablespoons PC sugar
• 2 pinches of yellow color
• 1/2 cup Gulkand
• 1 teaspoon coconut powder
• 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce
Method:
• First of all, we will take cheese, khoya, gulkand, PC sugar and yellow food color. 4
• Now mash the color well in the cheese.
• Then mix the khoya (mawa) in the mashed paneer.
• Now mix PC sugar in the mixture. . Now take a little mixture from the prepared mixture, and apply Gulkand on it.
• Now make the shape of modak.
• Put Gulkand on Modak's mouth as well.
• Garnish with coconut powder and chocolate sauce while serving.
