How to make veg chowmin
Noodles - One pack (200 grams)
• Carrot - 1 (finely chopped) Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
• Cabbage - Finely chopped (one cup) oil or butter - 2 tbsp
• Salt - One Tsp (as per taste)
• Black pepper - 1 / 4th tsp
• Ginger - 1 inch long piece finely chopped (if desired) Chilli mother-in-law 2 tsp Soy mother-in-law 2 tsp vinegar - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Break the noodles and cut them a little. Now take so much water in a vessel in which all the noodles are easily submerged
. Put 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons oil in this water and boil it. After boiling, add noodles and boil it. Boil them for 8-10 minutes and filter them after they become soft. Then pour cold water and wash it. Heat oil or butter in a pan. Put ginger, carrot, capsicum and cabbage in hot oil and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. Then add the noodles, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, chilli sauce and vinegar, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Veg noodles are ready. Serve hot after taking it out in a plate or bowl and eat it with the sauce of your choice. Serve guests and feed the children.
