Material for stuffing
- 1 cup grated paneer
- Half a tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Half a teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoons capsicum finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
- 6 Bread Slices
- 3 tsp green chutney
- Butter to bake
- Mix all the stuffing.
Now cut the sides of the bread and roll it thin with a rolling pin.
- Put green chutney on it and make a roll with a little paneer stuffing.
- Stick the edges with water.
- Put butter in a nonstick pan and bake these rolls on low heat till they turn golden.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
