Condensed milk - 1 cup

Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Saffron - half a teaspoon
Pistachios - 1 tsp finely chopped
Almonds - 1 tsp finely chopped

First of all, whisk the cream and condensed milk in a large vessel and make a thick paste.
Put the milk in a pan to boil on low heat and add saffron, almonds and pistachios to it. When the saffron mixes well in the milk and the color of the milk also changes, turn off the gas and keep it to cool. Now add saffron milk to cream and condensed milk paste and mix it well. Pour the prepared mixture into the mold of the kulfi and place it in the freezer to set. If you do not have a kulfi mold, you can put it in a bowl or small glass and keep it in the freezer. When it is set, remove it from the mold and garnish with pistachios and saffron and serve cold.
