necessary ingredients
- half cup of poha
- Half cup semolina
- Half cup yogurt
- Half cup of water
- Half a teaspoon of salt
Oil as required
- Onion
- capsicum
- carrot
- 5 Frenchbeans
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Chili Flakes
Soak the poha for 5 minutes.
Dissolve the water and grind it into a paste.
- Add semolina, yogurt, water and salt to it.
- Mix all the topping ingredients.
- Now make mini uttapam from the poheval solution.
- Add toppings. Add oil and bake until it becomes golden. Serve with chutney.
