How to make sago big

  Welcome all of you to our blog today, we are going to tell you about the big of sago, so let's start friends



Sago Large

 Ingredients: 

• Sago 1 cup 
• Potatoes 2 cups boiled and mashed 
• Shred granulated 1/2 cup half-crushed 
• Ginger 1 teaspoon ground green chili 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon juice 2 teaspoons 
• Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon or  Oil for frying 4 cups as per taste.


Method: 
• Wash the sago with double water and soak it overnight or for 4 to 5 hours. 
 • Boil the potatoes and peel them off.  Grate it and keep it on the side.  Take the shing den lightly and take off its crust or peels.  And he got coarse.  
• Once the sago is soaked, sieve it in the sieve and remove the excess water.  For this, keep the sago in a sieve for 10 minutes. 
 • Take the soaked sago seeds in a big bowl and mix grated potato and coarsely ground shing granules in it.  Mix green chili, ginger and lemon juice in this mixer.  Mix salt according to taste and mix all the ingredients well.  
• Now take some portion of sago pearl and give it the size of vada or patis.  Make the same vada or patis of the rest of the monkey.

• Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sago vada or patis till it turns golden brown. 
 • Now take the sago vada or patis out of the oil and put it on the paper napkin so that the excess oil soaks the paper napkin.  Sago is ready to be served.  Serve hot with hot green chutney or tomato sauce.
