The benefits of dates are many

If blood deficiency is to be overcome,
 then eat dates. 

1. Date of constipation is very beneficial.  For this, soak the dates overnight and wake up in the morning and eat.  It contains abundant fiber and other nutrients, which help in getting rid of constipation.
  2. Date and date are very beneficial for both heart and mind.  The vitamins, minerals and other nutrients present in it keep the nervous system healthy as well as keep the brain active and reduce the risk of heart disease. 
 3. Natural sugars are found in dates, which are in the form of glucose, fructose and sucrose.  It helps in maintaining the level of energy in the body.  Its use during the day is helpful in keeping you energized.  
4. In the case of joint pain, taking some quantity of date daily is beneficial.  This also reduces calcium deficiency. 
 5. The potassium found in it helps in digesting food well, and using dates is seen as a better option in case of diarrhea.
