Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Rajma
• 1/4 cup Chana Dal
• 1/2 cup Black Urad Dal
• 2-3 Green Chillies cut to length
• 2 Onions finely chopped
• 8 - 10 garlic peeled grated
• 1 "piece ginger grated
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 tomatoes finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• teaspoon red chilli powder
• teaspoon fenugreek seeds
• spoon butter salt as per taste
• 1/4 cup green coriander finely chopped
Method:
Wash and clean the lentils, soak them in water overnight or for 4-5 hours.
• After soaking, remove it from the water and put it in the cooker and mix it with 6 cups of water and cook it till it melts.
• Now heat the oil in a pan, then add grated garlic, add roasted, chopped onion, ginger and green chillies and cook till the onion turns golden
. • Add tomatoes, cumin powder, red chilli powder and cook till it melts.
• Add zucchini, salt and butter and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. Add green coriander and mashed Kasuri fenugreek, remove it from the gas and serve it with hot rice and roti.
