Ayurvedic remedies to reduce cholesterol

 1) Grind half teaspoon of flaxseed seeds and take them empty stomach with water.  This triglyceride is quite beneficial for people with cholesterol.  Apart from this, these seeds can also be eaten by adding them to bread or vegetable, or you can also grind them in flour.  Patients with sugar and high BP can also take it.  
2) Boil five grams of Arjun bark powder with 400 mg of water.  Remove the solution after remaining one fourth.  When lukewarm, drink it on an empty stomach.  
3) Before eating twice a day, take 2 tablets of Medohar Vati and Triphala Gugal Vati with lukewarm water.  
4) Take 25 to 50 grams gourd juice, mix 7 - 8 leaves of basil and mint and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.  
5) Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon in the powder of dry gourd, marichin and peepal and soak it in a cup of water for 10 minutes, and take it after a while.  You can add honey to taste.  Drinking it relieves phlegm and cholesterol is also controlled.  
6) Take one spoon of honey in a cup of warm water in the morning.  Add few drops of lemon juice in it.
7) Take half a teaspoon of lemon juice mixed with half a teaspoon of grated ginger and one garlic garlic before every meal.  
8) Sprout seeds of fenugreek and take 5 grams daily for breakfast. 
 9) Soak 10 leaves of neem in a cup of water.  Grind and sieve it and drink it daily at any time of the day.
