Chilli Potatoes
Potatoes - 250 grams (3 potatoes)
• Green coriander - 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped green chillies - 1-2 finely chopped
• Ginger - 1 tsp paste
• Corn flour - 4 tablespoons tomato saas - 2 tablespoons soy soya saas - 1 tbsp Chilli saas - 1 / 2-1 teaspoon vinegar - 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes - 1/4-1 / 2 half teaspoon
• Salt - half teaspoon (as per taste) sugar - 1/2 - 1 small spoon . .

Method of preparation:
Wash and peel the potatoes well and cut them into long thin pieces. Now mix these pieces well in the corn floor and coat. Now heat oil in a pan. Add potatoes coated with corn floor. Fry them till they turn golden brown. Then remove it from the oil and put it in a sieve. By doing this, excess oil will be removed from the potato.
Make saas for potato:
Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan and fry it by adding ginger and green chilies. Keep the flame on low. Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce, mix it. Add 1 teaspoon corn floor to 74 cups of water and mix until the lumps are gone.
Then put it in the roasted spices and mixer. Add salt and sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add fried potatoes, chilly flakes and vinegar and cook it well. Add half the coriander as well.
Chilli potatoes are ready. Take them out in a plate and garnish with green coriander and serve it and eat it.
