Welcome to all of us on our blog today, we are going to tell you about the Carrot Pudding, so let's start friends
Ingredients:
• Carrots 4-10 Healthy Desi Ghee 3 Tbsp
• Cardamom powder 1/4 (one fourth teaspoon • Sugar 3/4 cup
• Almonds / Almond Sliced 5-6 Cashews 5-7 Raisins 10-15
• Khova / Mawa (grated) 1 cup
• Pistachios chopped 5-7 cups
Method:
• Place the carrots in a microwave proof bowl. Add ghee and mix.
• Add small cardamom powder and mix. Cook in the microwave for five minutes on high. Then add sugar to the bowl and mix.
• Cook in the microwave on high for two minutes. Then add badam, cashews, raisins and khoya (keep aside a little khoya to decorate) and mix.
• Then cook in the microwave for two to two and a half minutes. Serve hot or cold garnished with khoya and pistachios.
