Ingredients:
"Moong dal (soaked in 5-6 hours of water) one cup
• Ghee one cup
• Powdered sugar one cup
• Mawa 50 grams
• Cardamom powder one quarter teaspoon
• Pistachio (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Method
Grind coarsely after removing the lentils. In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee and pour dal into it.
• Bake it on low flame until the ghee separates. Now take it out of the pan.
• In the same pan, fry the mava well. Mix roasted lentils, cardamom powder, ground sugar, pistachios and mawa together. Let it cool down a bit. Then fill in the molds and shape the modaks. Then serve it. II Install Now Inmoer Ad Settings
