Ingredients for Cover
• 1 bowl of wheat flour
• 2 tsp semolina 'pinch of salt
• 2 tsp oil
• milk to knead the dough

• 3-4 tbsp Sugar
• Grind 4-7 almonds, 7-8 cashews, 5-8 pistachios, a little green cardamom powder and grind them into a mixer. (You can also add milk masala prepared from the market here.)
• Frying modak Pure ghee / refa Ind oil
Method: ".
Take wheat flour, semolina and a pinch of salt in a vessel.
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add it to the flour. Add milk and knead soft dough as required. Make small balls from the prepared dough and keep it covered.
• For stuffing , Heat the non-stick kadhai on medium heat, add mawa to it and roast it a little. After the mawa cools down, add powdered sugar and powdered dryfruit powder, mix well.
And make all Modak giving it the size of 1 spoon stuffing Modak by Puriya shells hours.
• Slow ready to fire Mawa Modak fried until golden in pure ghee / refined oil.
