Flour - 2 cups of wheat
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Jaggery solution - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Fennel - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - for frying

First of all, add salt, ghee and fennel in wheat flour and mix well. Now knead the hard dough with jaggery solution and keep it aside for some time.
Break the dough balls after the time and make the puris.
Place ghee in a pan on medium heat.
As soon as the ghee is hot, add puris in the pan and fry them till they turn golden in color.
Jaggery sweet pooris are ready.
