Soybean Nuggets - 100 grams
Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped green onions - 1 cup
Chopped Green Chillies - 2
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Method :
After soaking the soybean nuggets in water for half an hour, squeeze the water.
Put soy nuggets, a spoonful of salt and garlic paste in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil in the pan and add green onions and fry for a while. Add green chili and cook for a few seconds. Now add remaining salt, soy sauce, vinegar and soybean in the pan, mix well. Cook on high heat for two to four minutes and serve.
