Gram flour - half cup
Semolina - half cup
Potatoes - 2 boiled and grated
Tomatoes - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Curry leaves - 7-8
Red Chili Flakes - half a teaspoon
Garam Masala - half a teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Cumin powder - half a teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Lemon juice - 1½ tablespoons
Baking soda - one fourth teaspoon
Oil - As per need

Mix gram flour, semolina, potatoes and one cup of water in a bowl, mix it well and make a batter and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
After this, add tomatoes, onions, green chillies, curry leaves, salt, red chili flakes, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric, lemon juice and water and mix well.
Now apply a little oil on the pan and with the help of a large serving spoon, put batter on it and spread it by turning it round. Put some oil on its edges. Be careful not to spread it too thin. When it is cooked from one side, apply some oil on it and turn it over and roast it from the other side till it becomes golden. Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
