How to make Indian food treasure matka kulfi

Today, you have brought Recipe to make cold-cold matka malai kulfi.  So let's know about this recipe.

Milk - 2 cups
 Cream - 1 cup
 Condensed milk - 1 cup
 Cardamom - 1/2 tsp
 Mix dry fruit - 1/4 cup
 Saffron - 10-15 (soaked in milk for 15 minutes)

First of all cook the milk on medium heat - then add cream and cook it.  Keep stirring the milk occasionally so that it does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
 - Mix condensed milk, saffron, cardamom and dry fruits and cook on medium flame until it is 1/3 left.
 - When milk is cooked, keep it to cool down.  Now put it in a pot and keep it in the fridge for overnight.  Kulfi will be set by morning.  If you are making it during the day, keep it in the fridge till night.
 - Garnish the cold matka kulfi with nuts and dry fruits.
 - Take your ice cream is ready.  Now enjoy the cool ice cream.
