Ingredients:
• Mung Dal: 1 1/2 cups green onions: 1/3 cup
• Cumin: 1 teaspoon green coriander: 1/4 cup green chilli: 1 teaspoon or as desired
• Ginger: 1 teaspoon
• Salt: 1 teaspoon Or oil as per taste: for frying 3 cups
Method:
• Soak mung lentils in water for two hours. Finely chop green onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
• Soak the soaked mung lentils. To make moong dal vada
• Mix the rest of the ingredients like green chilli, fresh chilli, fresh coriander, ginger, cumin, green onions and salt. Now mix it well.
• Now moong dumplings are ready.
• Heat oil to fry vada in a pan. After the oil is hot, fry all the vadas one by one. Wada until the yak is not golden. |
• Moong dal is ready to be served.
• Serve hot moong dal with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup. .
