Ingredients:
• Maida - 1 cup
• Gram flour - 1/4 cup dry coconut - 1/4 cup sesame seeds - 1/4 cup red chilli powder - 3 teaspoons salt to taste
Method:
1. First of all, add salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to the flour and knead the dough with warm water and keep it covered for three hours.
2 . Now put dry coconut, red chilli powder, sesame seeds and salt in another bowl. Mix all these mixture well.
3. Roll out the roti into a thick and thick dough. Now put the pre-made gram flour mixture on top of the roti.
4. Roll the bread round. Wrap the bread and keep it on the side for 10 minutes.
5. Now fry the roti in oil. After frying, cut it into your desired shape. Your Gujarati Bhakarawadi is ready.
